10 folios; 13×17,5 cm; 21 lines; naskhi. Commented **** in red ink. The **** has a remark by the third owner from the year 978/1570. Hand of the 10th/16th century.

[1363] Ibn al-Hajib ابن الحاجب : Mukhtasar al-muntaha fi al-usul مختصر المنتهى في الأصول , with commentary by Adud al-Din عضد الدين (= al-Adudiya العضدية ).
A commentary by the well-known Adud al-Din al-Iji عضد الدين الإيجي (died 756/1355) to Ibn al-Hajib's (died 646/1249) handbook about the principles of Malikite jurisprudence. Cf. GAL I 306 nr.VIII/3 and S I 537f. (printed Istanbul 1307/1889).
