نسخة عثمانية مزوقة نفيسة, كتبت سنة 1286 ه على يد الحاج محمد شريف الرمزي من تلاميذ محمد الحلمي؛ 304 ورقة غربية حديثة, 133:207 ملم؛ كراسات خماسية؛ ديباجتان لسورة الفاتحة وأول البقرة - على الأسلوب العثماني المتأخر الذي نلاحظ فيه تأثير غربي واضح (فلورنسي)؛ ص304أ: "كتبه شريف" وهي خاتمة الناسخ داخل لوحة محلاة على الأسلوب المذكور؛ جلدة منقوشة بالذهب.
